Mr. Strozier started his relationship with DTA as an intern, which provided him with an opportunity to learn about public financing and California’s regulatory environment. Since becoming a full-time staff member in 2015, he has had the opportunity to assist senior staff in the formation and administration of Community Facilities Districts, Assessment Districts, and Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance Districts. Ben received his B.S. in Economics and Political Science from Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina. Since moving to California, Ben actively enjoys hiking, golfing, and participating in other outdoor activities all around Orange County and nearby areas. Ben has been actively involved in the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Mentorship, which allows him to learn about the development industry in Southern California from his peers and senior professionals. As part of the DTA Team, Ben has developed an understanding of public finance’s crucial role in project development, allowing him to better serve DTA’s clients, and participates in the individualized analyses of proposed development projects in light of an ever-changing financial landscape.
