We are proud to announce that Andrea Roess has received the PACESetter Award for Women Leaders in PACE. Since joining DTA over three decades ago, she has been instrumental in the formation and administration of several of the largest PACE programs in California and manages numerous expanding PACE programs on a day-to-day basis in multiple states. DTA’s extensive success of PACE services offered is in large part due to Andrea’s efforts in leading the DTA team and starting the firm’s PACE business. As it’s grown, she has also collaborated extensively with DTA staff members to ensure the successful development, implementation, and administration of PACE programs on behalf of our clients. Andrea has not only achieved great success in her own role, but she has now paved the way for other females in her industry in an environment historically dominated by male leaders.
