We are proud to announce that Donna Segura has received the PACESetter Award for excellence in program design and implementation. Since joining DTA, she has been instrumental in the formation and administration of several of the largest PACE programs in California and manages numerous expanding PACE programs on a day-to-day basis in multiple states. Additionally, she has spearheaded the seamless onboarding of new and existing PACE programs with several thousand parcels onto the DTA PACE platform, including the reconciliation of all prior years’ tax administration data and previous partial/full prepayments.
