DTA provided tax consulting services to Lennar Communities leading to the formation of two CFDs on a master-planned community (Harveston Lake) planned for a total of 1,621 dwelling units, 300-unit apartment complex, and a 2.23-acre retail center located in the northwest portion of the City of Temecula. DTA provided the consulting services necessary for the issuance of over $17 million in variable rate bonds by CFD No. 01-2 of the Temecula Public Financing Authority and subsequent issuance by CFD No. 03-6 of the Authority for an additional $5 million in bonds.
