DTA served as the Special Tax Consultant for the Romoland School District for CFD No. 2004-1 (Heritage Lake). CFD No. 2004-1 includes four improvement areas. To date, a total of $42.35 million in bonds have been issued for Improvement Areas No. 1 and No. 2 to fund school facilities, road facilities, water and sewer facilities, flood control and storm drain facilities, and park and landscape facilities.  At buildout, CFD No. 2004-1 is anticipated to include more than 2,600 residential dwelling units.  DTA has also been involved in the formation of five other CFDs for the School District. Our firm is currently administering the annual special taxes for all of these CFDs.
