DTA has been involved in the sale of over $300,000,000 in bonds to fund all of Aliso Viejo’s backbone infrastructure, including all major roads, drainage facilities, police and fire stations, a library, schools, and even the San Joaquin Transportation Corridor toll road. Bonds have been sold by both the County of Orange and Capistrano Unified School District. Aliso Viejo is now an incorporated City with 15,500 dwelling units and 6,600,000 square feet of commercial/industrial development. DTA is currently administering the special taxes for all of the bonds issued to fund facilities in Aliso Viejo.
