Kern County, California
Tejon Industrial Park
DTA established a CFD that has issued $23,900,000 in bonds through two series to fund road improvements, a sewer treatment plant, and a water reservoir. The CFD encompasses 1,894 acres of retail, office, and industrial land uses broken into two taxing zones. The CFD includes an IKEA property that is the location of the largest warehouse in the western United States. DTA is currently administering the annual special taxes for this CFD.
