The Crosby

DTA provided tax consulting services to the Rancho Santa Fe Community Services District for the establishment of CFD No. 1 (Santa Fe Valley) consisting of multiple taxing areas to meet the individual needs of four residential master-planned communities. One of these taxing areas, known as “The Crosby”, has been under construction since 1999 and is anticipated to consist of 348 production homes and 72 custom homes. Two separate bond issues have been sold by CFD No. 1.  Specifically, $29 million was issued in December 2000 and $20 million was issued in July 2007, generating over $40 million in construction proceeds to fund infrastructure for the 1,020 homes to be built within CFD No. 1.
