Valencia Town Center

The Valencia Town Center is a two-level regional shopping center located on 65 acres that was constructed in 1992 and expanded in 1998. DTA helped the City of Santa Clarita establish CFD No. 92-1 and sell $20,000,000 in bonds to finance a bridge, storm drains, road improvements, pedestrian walkways, a fire station, and appurtenant costs. DTA also assisted the City in forming an overlay CFD in 2002 and issuing $17,370,000 in additional bonds.
